Purthanol is pleased to announce that contracts have been signed for commercial agreements for the transfer of technology and construction of biofuel facilities in Purthanol’s turnkey program. Purthanol is constantly seeking for joint venture partners, investors and operators for their biofuel facilities programs.
Purthanol’s acquisition of Biocardel Luxembourg SA has dissolved, as without notice to Purthanol, a debtor has put Biocardel Luxembourg SA into bankruptcy. Purthanol tried through legal means to have that decision revoked through the process of shareholders rights. After evaluation Purthanol has decided not to continue its case and has advised its potential investor of the situation. The investor has decided to invest with Purthanol in another joint venture that is being negotiated presently.
The Board of Purthanol is steadfast to position Purthanol as an international producer of biofuels on several continents.
