PURTHANOL RESOURCES ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF BIOCARDEL QUEBEC

OTTAWA, ONTARIO-(CNW-December 17, 2013)-Global Biotech Corp. (Aka-Purthanol Resources Ltd.) (OTCQB-GBIQ-the "Company") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Biocardel Quebec in a stock and cash transaction valued at $5 million CAD.

Biocardel is a bio-fuel producer with its initial sales expected in Q1 of 2014. Mr. Rene Delarue, president of Biocardel, expressed his satisfaction with the merging of his company and Purthanol, a corporation already invested in the alternative fuel sector and the symbiotic value this will bring to both companies.

A similar sentiment was shared by Mr. Louis Pharand, President of Global/Purthanol, regarding the acquisition.
